This website presents my handmade jewellery and allows you to buy pieces or get in touch. Protecting your data is important to me. Below I explain which data is processed when you visit this website.

Hosting via GitHub Pages

This website is provided via GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time of access, page requested, user agent) is processed in order to deliver the website and ensure its security.

Contact by email

If you contact me by email, the data you provide (e.g. email address, name, content of the message) is processed in order to handle your enquiry. I do not pass this data on without a legal basis.

Cookies / tracking

This website does not use its own tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and does not set marketing cookies. Technically necessary processing by the hosting provider may still take place.

Cart and orders

The contents of your cart are stored only locally in your browser (local storage) and are not transmitted to me unless you send an order. You can empty the cart at any time or delete it via your browser settings. Your language choice (German/English) is also stored only locally. When you send an order by email, I process the data provided (name, shipping address, email address, pieces ordered) to handle the order and keep it in accordance with statutory retention obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Austria: Datenschutzbehörde).
