Terms and conditions

Translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via the website l057.at/nebelzikade between [First and last name] (Nebelzikade), [street], [postcode, town], Austria (“I”) and you as a customer.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the pieces on the website is not a binding offer. By sending your order by email, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when I confirm your order by email. The confirmation contains the payment details.

3. Prices

All prices are final prices in euros. [Tax note, e.g. small business exemption – to be clarified] Shipping costs are charged in addition and shown in the cart before ordering.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. Works are shipped once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

I deliver to Austria and all EU countries, and to other countries on request. Delivery takes approx. 3–7 working days (Austria) or 5–10 working days (EU) after payment has been received. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by you. Personal handover is possible by arrangement.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain my property until paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

8. Handmade pieces and natural materials

Every piece is made by hand. It is either unique or part of a small edition, which is stated for each piece. Colour, surface and texture may differ from the photos depending on screen and lighting. Natural stones and beads vary in colour, grain and inclusions. These characteristics are part of the piece and not a defect.

Unique pieces are reserved for 7 days after your order. If payment is not received within this period, I may offer the piece again.

All rights in designs and photos remain with me. With your purchase you acquire ownership of the piece, not the right to reproduce the design or photos or use them commercially.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. In case of defects, please contact me by email at [email].

10. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
