Shipping & payment

Ordering

Add the works you want to your cart and send the order by email. Unique pieces are reserved for 7 days after your order until payment is received. You will then receive a confirmation with the payment details. The purchase is only concluded with this confirmation. Shipping costs are charged only once per order.

Shipping

Austria: from €6.90 per order, delivery in approx. 3–7 working days
EU countries: from €14.90 per order, delivery in approx. 5–10 working days
Heavy or large works have their own shipping price, shown on the work's page and in the cart. If you order several works, you only pay the highest shipping price.
Free pickup in Kapfenberg (Austria) is possible by arrangement.
Other countries: on request. Please choose “Other country” in the cart and I will send you a quote.
Delivery time starts once payment has been received. For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by you.

Packaging

All works are packed securely. Prints are shipped flat between cardboard or in a shipping tube.

Payment

Payment in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. You will receive the payment details with the order confirmation.

Prices

All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is charged under the Austrian small business exemption (§ 6 (1) 27 UStG).

Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. All details are in the withdrawal policy.
