Terms and conditions

Translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via the website l057.at between Dimitri Wastl (L057), Doktor-Klöpfer-Weg 13, 8605 Kapfenberg, Austria (“I”) and you as a customer.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the works on the website is not a binding offer. By sending your order by email, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when I confirm your order by email. The confirmation contains the payment details.

3. Prices

All prices are final prices in euros. No VAT is charged under the Austrian small business exemption (§ 6 (1) 27 UStG). Shipping costs are charged in addition and shown in the cart before ordering.

4. Payment

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal. Works are shipped once payment has been received.

5. Delivery

I deliver to Austria and all EU countries, and to other countries on request. Delivery takes approx. 3–7 working days (Austria) or 5–10 working days (EU) after payment has been received. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are paid by you. Pickup in Kapfenberg is possible by arrangement.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain my property until paid in full.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

8. Artworks, unique pieces and editions

The works offered are unique pieces or part of a limited, numbered edition. The edition size is stated for each work and will not be increased later. Colour, surface and texture may differ from the photos depending on screen and lighting. Characteristics resulting from the material and making process, such as air pockets in concrete, printing marks or variations in ink, are part of the work and not a defect.

Unique pieces are reserved for 7 days after your order. If payment is not received within this period, I may offer the work again.

All copyrights and rights of use in the works remain with me. With your purchase you acquire ownership of the physical work, not the right to reproduce it or use it commercially.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty applies. In case of defects, please contact me by email at l057.design@gmail.com.

10. Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
